TKL a racist ! Definitely Not !

I have worked alongside TKL for 16 years . To label someone a racist based on a single statement made in jest is not right . How many of us have been to Lucky Plaza on a Sunday and commented that you felt like you are in the Philippines. Is that being racist ?

On the contrary TKL looked out for minorities in the company. I am from a minority group and TKL gave me the opportunity to rise to the managerial level based on performance . 

My comment is based on experience and not on a single statement made by the man .

As an Indian who worked as Mr Tan Kin Lian's personal assistant for ten years until his departure from NTUC Income, I can vouch that Mr Tan Kin Lian is not a racist. I have always been treated exceedingly well, and my accomplishments have always been acknowledged and it has been the same for all the bosses that I have worked for so far. Mr Tan has always considered an individual's qualities rather than their skin tone. I am extremely grateful to Mr Tan for everything he has done for me.
