Ministry of Home Affairs Particulars of committee members of associations
The Registrar of Society requires an association to provide detailed particulars of committee members. The data required include the following:

a) Title of Office Bearers
b) Citizenship
c) Country of Birth
d) NRIC/Fin No/Passport No
e) Full Name of Proposed Member
f) Date of Birth
g) Email Address
h) Religion
i) Highest Education Level
j) Residential Telephone No.
k) Mobile No
l) Marital Status
m) Present Employment Status:Employed/Unemployed
n) Name of Employer / Company
o) Position / Job Title
p) Address of Company
q) Office Telephone No
r) Present Membership in Other Registered Societies - Name of Society and Position in Society (only for committee members)

I asked them to provide a link for each committee member to submit their personal particulars, rather than for the staff to collect the particulars and provide them through the staff login. 

The ROS does not agree. 

This is a badly designed website. They are inconsiderate.
