Out of the box CityMapper app is useful for public transport users
One person (75 yo) who joined me on the trip to Johor Bahru yesterday hardly took public transport before. He drives his car all the time.

He had to take a bus to the MRT station and meet met at Marsiling station.

This was a rare occasion for him. He did not know what bus to take, so he asked his maid.

I introduced him to the CityMapper app. It was a big revelation to him. He found it extremely useful. The information gap deterred him (and many other people) from using public transport. This app will overcome the gap.

After taking public transport, he found that it can be quite easy, especially with the CityMapper app.

There are other public transport apps that also provide the same information and user friendliness. Any of these apps will be fine. 

I expect that he will be taking public transport more regularly in the future, maybe to JB and also elsewhere in Singapore.

He realized that it is convenient and inexpensive to take public transport.
