Open letter by five doctors on vaccination of children
Five doctors issued an open letter asking the government to delay the vaccination of children. They cited a case of a child in America who died shortly after vaccination.

This letter caused alarm in the population.

An expert in the decision making panel of the government issued a strong response to the open letter. It criticized the doctors for misleading the public and questioned their motive.

I disagree with the approach taken by the government in addressing this concern.

The expert who was tasked to address this concern should invite the five doctors for a discussion on the issue. These doctors might change their view after they heard the reasons from the government.

The expert, representing the government, can issue the statement based on the outcome of the discussion.

The five doctors are medical professionals. They have their legitimate reasons to be concerned. There is no need to suspect any ulterior motive.

I hope that the government will adopt a better way to address alternative views.
