Ridiculous process to go paperless in SingTel
SingTel want to encourge its business customers to opt for paperless statements. They will impose a charge of $2.14 for each monthly statement that is sent by paper.

I went into their website to register for paperless statements. This is the page that I have to complete.

The form to sign in for paperless statment is ridiculous. It is so complicated. I have to sign in with the Admin user for my company.

Do the people in SingTel have any common sense? Register for a SingTel account with an Admin user and other users is not the most important activity that we have to carry out.

They should just allow us to enter the company code, email address and to opt for the paperless statement. If they really need to verify the request, they can send an email for the user to confirm. 

I do not know why the people in charge in our Singapore organizations act like idiots. They seem to think that the world revolve around them. They can get away with all kinds of ridiculous requests and burden on their customers.
