Positive response to feedback
I show this example of how Zoom respond to customers. I hope that our ministers, civil servants and businesses in Singapore have a similar positive approach towards feedback from the public and customers.

I have developed an Annual General Meeting platform that uses Zoom for teleconferencing.
When the participants attend the Zoom teleconferencing, I like to restrict them to use only the Zoom web (i.e. do not allow them to use the Zoom app).
Do you provide a method to do this?
I do not want them to use the Zoom app because the participant have to come back to the web to voting on my platform.
This video shows the troublesome way for the participant to avoid the Zoom app.

We are happy to assist. Firstly, I would like to apologize for the long delay in responding to your question/concern. Our teams are working hard as we are experiencing longer wait times than normal due to increased demand.

I understand that you want to restrict your participants from using the Zoom app when joining the meeting, and I am here to help.

Unfortunately, we don't have that option to restrict your participants from joining the meeting via Zoom app. However, you need to educate your participants to join the meeting via web since there will be voting activities.

As this option is important, can I make a request for Zoom to provide it in a future release. 
You only need to create a new link, e.g. ZoomR, that will go immediately to Zoom web, instead of giving the option to download the app.
Please note that it is extremely difficult to "educate the users" and many will face difficulty because they do not follow the instructions.
