Question about repaying CPF on sale of property
Hi Sir
I have 1 concern,
Below are rough example
If a 45 year old buy a condo for using a total of 500k cpf of a total of 20years (include initial downpayment and 20 years accumulating )
We dont consider cash here because cash do not have accurred interest
He pay finish the condo at 65 and he live for another say 20years
He will be 85 year old and with accumulation of 500k cpf accurred interest for 40 years .
Am I right ?
Let say he pass over the condo to his son after he pass away.
Am I right to say that the son will carry on the 500k cpf accurred interest from 40years onwards ??
And the remaining cpf in his father account will be pass over to the cpf of the nominated son ??
If true , The accured intereset will be very huge......
Can you help to elaborate more on this issue if this is going to snow ball huge
And also can enlighten or inform more people about the information or outcome

Hello,
please address the question to your PAP MP or to the CPF.
Or wait until I replace the insane minister and take over the national development ministry, OK?
