Malls Level B1M
I had a hell time at Waterway Point trying to find my way to B1M where my car was parked. I spent 40 mins going up and down the escalator and lifts plus asking countless shop assistants, none of them can tell me where is B1M level. At some lifts, there is no B1M level. There are signs that point to Customer Service but its nowhere to be found. The signage really needs improvement. This mall is good for having 7 banks in its premises or else I dare not go there again.
