I have 1 retail store and a few warehouses under a private owner and CAPITALMALL.

Both gave little to no help especially the retail side with no rent waiver given at all.

For warehouses it is only a meagre 30% rent waiver for a particular month when my business will be closed till year end.

Do you know how we can break tenancy agreement without having to pay till end of lease?

Normally, when you break the lease, you have to pay rental for the remainder of the lease.

I do not know if there were any other measures under the Circuit Breaker than can give you some relief. I do not think so.
