Media Poor customer service from Mediacorp Toggle
Mediacorp Toggle does not work for live streaming of the World Cup. I got a blank screen.

I followed their instruction to sync the timer. It still does not work. I got a message that the sync failed.

I send an online form to Toggle. It asked for many detailed technical information. It was quite troublesome to complete the form. 

Toggle promised to call me within 1 day. Three days have passed. I did not get any call. 

This is very bad service.
