Media Problem with Live Streaming
I installed Mediacorp Toggle to watch World Cup live streaming.

I got a blank page.

I clicked on "Streaming Problem". I was told that I needed to synchronize th clock.

I followed the procedure. It was quite tedious.  I got a message that there was an error in the synchronization.

I submitted a feedback to Mediacorp. The feedback form was also tedious. I was asked to supply so much technical detail.

Why does Mediacorp have to make it so complicated? I am able to watch live streaming on many websites and did not face this kind of issue.

Anyway - I don't quite blame Mediacorp. This disease is quite common in Singapore. We seem to make things very difficult for users.
