I visited Takashimaya. I went to the Information Desk to ask for the direction. The receptionist was busy answering a phone. She had to refer to a manual directory to answer the caller. It took some time for her to serve me.
I gave her the name of the restaurant. She had to refer to the manual book. After a while, she told me the floor and unit number of the restaurant.
I am surprised that she has not have an online directory to search for the restaurant.
After moving to the third level, I have to ask for directions to the restaurant three times. Each time, the staff of the shop can only point out the direction to go.
Why can't they provide a floor directory on each floor, so that the customer can search for the unit easily? It will also help the sales staff to provide direction.
