Communications Excellent customer service from Oppo
Oppo has excellent customer service. It is the best that I have experienced. 

See the screen shot below of their Contact Us page on their website. I have used the Live Chat and Email Us previously.

Their Live Chat respond immediately. 

They reply to the email within a day.

Both channels provide me with the help and information that I needed.
