You will receive a daily email. Click on the link to indicate if you are well, or not well.

If you are unwell, or have not replied for the day, you will get a phone call from the monitor of the group to check on your status.

If the monitor is not able to reach you for three days, the monitor will contact your family member or ask a neighbor to knock on your door.

If you wish to leave this platform, you can click on the link in the daily email.
