This platform allows a managing agent to conduct an online AGM for a MCST.  The platform is integrated with the Zoom teleconferencing platform for the chair to conduct the meeting.  The subsidiary proprietor (SP) can register attendance using a link that is sent to them in an email. This link also allows the SP to vote on the resolutions presented at the AGM. The link contains an unique code to identify each attendee.
