I saw a video of a speech given a few years ago by Mr. Tommy Thomas, who has recently been appointed as the Attorney General of Malaysia.

In that speech, he said that Singapore did not have a constitution.

Perhaps our Foreign Minister can drop him a line to tell him that we do have a Constitution.
