Tan Kin Lian - Investment Journey Update on Country Garden (2007.HK)
I hold 1,700,000 shares of Country Garden at an average price of HK$ 0.926. The stock is now suspended from trading in the HK Exchange. At its peak 4 years ago, the price was HK $14.0. It has dropped 93% since. 

The amount of my investment is HK $1,574,000 (S$262,000). The unrealized loss is S$125,000.

I am optimistic that this stock will be relisted, and the price will return to my cost of $0.94. I expect it to happen within 2024. I will sell my shares gradually between $1.00 and $2.00.
