Many people have observed that Taylor Swift does not have a great voice.

Still, she is very popular with her fans.

She compose her own songs, based on her life experience. She is able to pass this message to her fans, who can understand her songs.

As her voice is "ordinary", her songs can be followed by the ordinary people. That could be the source of her popularity.

I also understand that Taylor Swift is a generous person and is able to relate well with ordinary people.

I find her performance to be excellent. She has a great crew and is also a good leader.

This is my personal opinion. I may be wrong.
