Tan Kin Lian - Investment Journey Update on Tesla stock
Six months ago, I held 5,400 shares of Tesla. The stock price was at $270 (USD) and the market value of my holdings was $1,500,000. 

I sold 5,000 shares at various prices below $270. The current market price is now $210, a drop of 23% from $270. I now hold only 400 shares. 

The performance of Tesla has been disappointing over the past six months. The stock was badly affected by the poor global economy, high interest rate, competition from other EV manufacturers and internal problems in the company. 

Many bloggers, who were bullish on Tesla for the past few years, have given up their coverage of Tesla. These are now not so excited about Tesla. 

Tesla will continue to face challenges over the next 6 to 12 months. Beyond that, it should recover, as it still has an advantage over its competitors due to the efficiency of its manufacturing and its scale of production. 

I will reinvest in Tesla when (and if) the stock falls to $180.
