I have been approached many times by marketers who offered an attractive regular revenue to list links on my page to products from their advertisers. I asked for a contract, but they are not able to provide them. 

I declined these proposals and blocked the marketers from contacting me. 

I suspect that they will credit the revenue into an account, and will create obstacles for me to withdraw the revenue. I would probably have to pay some tax or fees before the revenue are released. 

After I made the required payments of the tax and fees, the revenue will probably not be released for one excuse or another. 

I just read that a woman had been scammed for over $300,000 after she made payments of tax and fees to allow the profit earned from an investment scheme to be released. After she made the payment, the profit was not released anyway. She was not able to take legal action against the scammer for the accrued profit (which probably never existed) or for the payments that she made.
