Helping the ministers to find a better solution
The government ministers are worried that, if I were elected president, I will be confronting them on their policy decisions.
They do not need to worry.
I do not believe in confrontation or playing politics. They are stressful, draining of energy and do not lead to any useful solution to the underlying problem.
I prefer to help find a better solution in a collaborative way.
I have the special skill of focusing on the underlying problem, and looking for a solution out of the box. My approach is usually a simple one, which does not incur high cost or take a lot of time.
I also believe that a good way to find the answer is to adopt a "do, learn, adapt" approach. It is often difficult to be sure of the correct approach until it is tried out. Based on the lesson, we can adopt the approach to find the solution.
When the solution is uncertain, it can be tried on a small scale and the result can be used for learning. After that, one can be more confident of implementing the new approach totally.
I can help the ministers to find solutions to problems that have plagued them for decades.
I think the ministers should not fear that I would, as the president, give them trouble. Instead, I would be able to help them solve their long term problems.

As an example, the poor and destitute has to jump through so much paperwork and interview hoops just to get temporary handouts.
We are super careful that no one abuse the system and we employ a lot of civil servants to manage that process.
All we need is a few simple rules; official poverty line, health status, residential status, no of dependence etc.
But to simplify that process means we put a lot of official holders and civil servants out of business.
Can a President with no policy power do anythin?
