Twitter Will Must sue the previous board of Twitter for damages?
Elon Musk has taken over Twitter. 
He sent his own people (from Tesla) to run Twitter. 
He will be able to find out the actual number of users that are bots. 

Twitter had reported that bots represent less than 5%. 
What happens when Musk has evidence that the bots are much more, say 25%?

Some analyst speculated that Musk can sue Twitter for damages. 
In my view, he can't. He is now the owner of Twitter. 
Maybe he can sue the board and top management of Twitter prior to his purchase. 
His grounds can be that they acted fraudulently. 

Even if Musk wins, he would not be able to get sufficient compensation for his loss. He paid $44 billion for the purchase. 

Most probably, he would not pursue this action.
