Out of the box Humanoid robot
Tesla will be unveiling its humanoid robot on 30 Sep 2022.  It is expected to be used in the Tesla gigafactories to do the tedious work that humans are not willing to do.

I wish to give my view about what the humanoid robot will be like. 

In many factories, robots are already being used to do the routine work. What makes the humanoid robot different from the factory robots?

I expect that the humanoid robot will be able do the following:

a) walk around
b) carry things or do work like a human can do
c) take verbal instructions 
d) learn and remember. 

For example, it should be possible to tell the humanoid robot to carry out a one time task, like take this box and bring it to a specific location. 

Or, to tell the robot to report at a certain location at a fixed time every day, and do a specific task, like sweep the floor, clean the windows, pack the boxes. 

The robot will be able to learn and remember. 

Let us see what the Tesla humanoid robot can do. The name of this robot is Optimus.
