Customer service Excellent customer service from SingX
I commend SingX for their excellent customer service.
I saw their website from a Google Ad.
It was easy to find their Contact Us page (see screenshot below).
They allow me to send an email to them easily.
I also called their phone number.
The first message was - We will connect you to our customer officer.
That's it. No nonsense. No tiresome message.
The officer answered within 1 minute.
I asked a question, and he replied.
It is so refreshing (and rare) to have a Singapore business that provides excellent customer service.
