Move from Lazada to Shopee
I have decided to close my Lazada LiveUp membership ($2.50 a month) and to go to Shopee for my online purchase.

Here are my reasons:

a)  Lazada has a bad login process. After I enter my ID and password, it requires me to get a 6 digit PIN to verify my login. Often, I checked my email for the PIN and it does not arrive. 

b) The prices in Lazada are generally higher than Shopee, but this is not important to me. 

There is no need to verify the login. Lazada has a troublesome and unnecessary process. It caused me to waste my time, and does not do much to improve security. Why give so much trouble for someone who just want to view the availability and price of products?

Shopee has a better approach. They ask for the password to be re-entered at the time of purchase. This prevents the purchase by an unauthorised person (who has access to the account) and does not create the trouble that I experienced with Lazada. 

Goodbye, Jack Ma. It was nice supporting Alibaba, but you need to get your managers to adopt a new approach to improve the customer experience.

I agree with your views. I faced a different set of problem. Despite providing documentary proof they banned me without giving good and valid reasons.
