DBS Bank introduced a new payment function under its corporate banking platform called IDEAL 3.

It was supposed to be a better service. It turned out to be more troublesome. 

I was deluded into making a transfer using the default option - FAST. I do not need this service, because I was normally happy with the GIRO payment.

I did not receive any warning about the fee for using FAST under the Ideal 3 platform. 

It was a shock that they charge a fee of $20. 

I called their hotline for an explanation. The staff said that this was under their "Term & Condition". I search the internet for this fee but could not find it. 

The internet stated that the FAST transfer fee is $0 for most types of transfers. There was no mention about the charge for their corporate account.

This is very bad.
