Covid-19 crisis Omicron is mild
I read a story that several members of a family were tested positive for covid but only one member developed the loss of taste. This symptom did not appear in the other members.

I suspect that omicron is mild and will not develop into a severe condition for most people. The infection passes away after a few days.

I may have been infected mildly. 

Two weeks ago, I had a running rose for a few days. One day, I feel extremely weak and had ache in the lower part of my body. 

I rested. The problem was reduced the following day and disappeared on the second day. I did not have to see a doctor. 

I described my condition to a friend who read widely about covid infection.  He said that the symptoms are indicative of an omicron infection. 

I do not know if this is the case, and if there is any medical test that can help to confirm if I had been infected by the covid virus previously.

I conclude from the above story and many similar stories, and from my personal experience, that omicron is mild and will not harm most of the infected people.
