How to stop scammers from raiding victim's bank accounts
I suggest the following way to stop scammers from raiding victim's bank accounts.

The scammer sends a SMS notification to many customers. It frightens the customer that their account will be frozen or that a transfer has been made. It contains a link for the customer to unfreeze the account or stop the transfer.

Many customers know that the SMS is from a scammer. They ignore it.

However, there will be some customers who were not aware of the scam and who provided sensitive data for the scammer to raid their bank account.

I suggest the following approach to stop the scammers:

a) The savvy customers should click on the link and enter a false ID and password and OTP.  Preferable the customer should enter 10 sets of false data.

b) The savvy customer can spread the message to their friends in the social media to do the same.

c) This will flood the scammer with a few hundred sets of false data. It will overwhelm their operation.

In the meantime, the customer can report the false website to the authority, so that the authority can stop access to the false website.

In the meantime, the customers and their frends can flood the false website with false login credentials.
