China My common sense about the latest development on Peng Shuai
Someone asked me to comment on the latest development on the China tennis star Peng Shuai.. 

He said - What does common sense say about this case? Both news from her so which is credible?

My reply
My common sense says:

1. She was depressed when she made her first post about her relationship with a top China official. 

2. The post was not appropriate. She removed it on her own accord or was asked to do so. Either way, it is the right thing to do.

3. She went into "hiding" to avoid the controversy in social media.

4. She now comes out to clarify the situation, and to dispel the unfounded rumors and suspicions.

That is what my common sense tells me. My friend said that my common sense is not common.

I know that smart people, and there are many in Singapore, will want to spin sinister conspiracy about this matter.

And the western media will spin the story for their ulterior and dishonest motives.
