Government Technology Agency Make it convenient to use the email to provide feedback
I address this suggestion to Gov Tech in the hope that they can make changes in the practice in Singapore.

I pay a monthly subscription to YouTube Premium so that I can view their videos without advertisements.

Recently, I sent this suggestion to them.
I received a satisfactory reply from YouTube within two days addressing my concern. 

I find it convenient to communicate to many overseas platforms using email.

Most Singapore companies refuse to provide an email option to their customers or make it extremely difficult for the customer to use their email option. They provide poor service in giving their replies.

I hope that the Singapore organizations can make it convenient for their customers to use the email option.
