Covid-19 crisis Is Safe Entry effective
I suggest that the ministerial task force should authorize an independent study on the effective of the safe entry project. 

This study should cover the following:

a) The number of safe entry recordings that are captured, number of records selected for contact tracing and the number of infections that are captured. 

b) The cost of carrying out the safe entry recording, taking into account the manpower and devices that are used by businesses to implement the safe entry protocol 

c) The cost of manpower used in contact tracing.

This study should be made independent of the Trace Together project, which can be studied separately.

Based on this study, conclusions can be made on the usefulness to continue safe entry recording, and to use this approach for future pandemics.
