Covid-19 crisis Need to authenticate contact tracing calls from Ministry of Health
I received a telephone call.
It purports to come from the Ministry of Health.
It asked me to self isolate in 2 hours time.
It asked me to press 3 for verification.
It repeats the message in Chinese.
How do I know that this is a genuine call from the Ministry of Health?

I have received many similar messages that purports to be from my bank.
It is the work of scammers.

With the safe entry contact tracing, there must be several thousand calls from the ministry that are genuine.

Surely there must be a way for the public to verify that the call is genuine?
Long ago, there was a system to verify the authenticity of website using a trust mark issued by an authorized agency.
Perhaps a similar system can be used to authenticate a message?
