The medical experts concluded that vaccination help to reduce infection and most of the breakthrough infections are mild. A small proportion may require hospitalization and result in death.

Studies have shown that the mNRA vaccines have 95% efficacy. This meant that it reduces the infection by 95% compared to a group of unvaccinated people.

For example, if the infection rate is 2%, in a population of 10,000 unvaccinated people, 200 will be infected. In a similar population of 10,000 vaccinated people, the infected people will be reduced by 95%, i.e. from 200 to 10.
