Customer review
I received excellent technical support from Dell to fix a problem with my PC. The problem was caused by device drivers that were not updated. It was not caused by any hardware fault. 

The technician helped me to resolve the issue and get the PC working well.

A few days later, I received an email to participate in a customer review. I found the review process to be well designed. 

I was asked to answer two questions - how was the Dell's process and how was the service provided by the support technician. I had to give a score from 1 to 10 and have an opportunity to give my comment.

This is an excellent design. It focus on two relevant questions and make it easy for me to give the feedback..

I contrast this process to the customer review form that is asked by most other corporations. They ask more than 10 questions - most of which are irrelevant or difficult to answer. I often stopped completing the form before the end.

Well done to Dell.
