Make internet connection easier for customers
I had Starhub fibre optic connection to my home. The connection was made by Starhub's technician using their devices. The technician did the work, but did not explain how the various devices were supposed to be connected and to work.
Recenly, I had to reoganized the arrangement of the devices and found it confusing. I had to call Starhub's technical support for assistance.

After that, I searched online for the Nucleus Connect modern to look for explanation of the various ports and how they were supposed to be connected.
I came to this website.

It appears that the modern is specially designed by a Singapore company, which is a subsidiary of Starhub, for use in Singapore.
In that case, why can't they design the modem to be easy to use, and not confusing?
It they need to connect the IP switch to part 2 of their modem, they should make it clear - for example, by labelling it as IP Switch.
I get the impression that it is common for Singapore companies to make things difficult for the customers. This seems to be another example.
