Survey score 0 to 10
Many business organizations ask their customer to score their customers service by replying 0 to 10 using SMS.
These organizations waste their time and the customer time with a useless survey.
A better survey is to ask customers to give their feedback by SMS, and have someone call the customer to understand more about the issue.
This would show that the business is really interested about the views of the customer.
Whenever I get the survey 0 to 10, I would ignore it or return a 0 (very bad). I want the business to know that they have to show their genuine interest to know what the customer thinks.
