Chat line for technical support
I have to contact Prism+ and JBL to seek their technical support to connect the Prism+ TV to the JBL soundbar.
In their website, they have a button called Chat Support.
On several occasions that I contacted them, I am the only person in the queue. It looks like most people do not use the chat.
I get a prompt response.
I was able to communicate with them using the chat. It worked well. It is indeed better than talking to them. The chat allows me to type numbers and information which can be quite troublesome to speak.
It is also easy for them to send website links and useful guides and instructions through the chat platform.
I find the chat service to be excellent.
I also have good experience with the chat support provided by Dell Computers.
I hope that our telcos (Starhub, SingTel) and banks (DBS, etc) provide a chat service.
Their call centers are "terrible" - difficult to get through, long waiting time, long talking time.
