Banks Online subscription - New York Times
New York Times offer an online subscription for $0.50 per week (USD) for one year. 

However, after one year, they will revert to their normal subscription rate of $8 every four week. I find it to be acceptable. 

SPH Media should consider reducing their monthly subscription rate to $10.
