Unable to complete the One Pass registration process
1.         I received this email 3 hours ago. I have received this reminder several times already. I decided to try once more to complete the registration.



2.         When I clicked on the link, I see the following message:


3.         When I clicked on [Resend OTP], I came to this page


4.         When I enter my NRIC and mobile number and confirm that I am not a robot, I was told that I have already registered.
When I click on [Next], it insist that I have to enter the NRIC and Mobile No.
So, I gave up.

5.         SingTel does not give me any email or telephone number to tell them about the problem that I faced.
