Covid-19 crisis Vaccinating the people
Many countries face the dilemma of vaccinating the people against covid-19.

Here are the issues:

* Should the govt bear the full cost of the vaccine or give a big subsidy?
* Some people do not wish to be vaccinated as they fear that the vaccine has side effects
* There is limited supply, so there is a need to prioritize who gets the vaccine earlier.

After the government has decided on who should get vaccinated in phases, they can use the Cloud to manage the vaccination.

The people can show their identity and if there is record in the Cloud, they can be vaccination. This will also prevent duplicate vaccination. 

The Cloud can also be used to send reminder a for the eligible people to be vaccinated. As most of them have a mobile phone, they can be reminded by SMS.

A separate arrangement can be made for older people in nursing homes.

We can see the countries which manage this logistics well and those that leave a mess.
