Smart Nation Technical glitches in government websites

This news report concerns a technical glitch in the HDB website that cause an application for a BTO flat to be rejected.

I have encountered similar glitches on many occasions in the past using many government websites.

They were very annoying, as I had spent a lot of time getting through many webpages to submit the entry. I had to go through the process all over again.

Often, the glitches happen again. I gave up after spending half or one hour or more.

I have some suggestions to solve this kind of problem. The user experience can be improved considerably through a change in design.

I do not know if the people in GovTech or Smart Nation is willing to listen to my suggestion.
