The USA dare to test on every citizens and they report everything. In China even the death in Wuhan is questionable..from 3rd Jan to 20th Jan, they reported an consistent 41 affected cases in Wuhan..after 20th Jan, the number of cases suddenly shoot up to 170 cases and never look back..why? Cos on 20th Jan, president Xi finally declared the virus as a serious pandemic, so his lackeys then dare to report the real figure..without his 'blessing', no one dare to report..if the world believes there were only 5000 deaths in Wuhan..think again..is this number agreed by President Xi?

The approach adopted in China is also adopted in many other countries, eg singapore. It is acceptable. It avoids fake news and panic.
The approach of " free speech" adopted in America has its good and bad points. After several months, they still cannot tell what is real and what is fake.
