Banks Receive payment using PayNow

I share my experience in using PayNow to collect payment for my books.

I receive a SMS from my bank showing the amount paid and the name of the payer. However, this is the name shown in the bank account.

When the customer places an order, they use a different name. So, it is difficult to match them.

My bank account is in the joint names. The SMS is sent to both account holders. This is wasteful and confusing.

I will send this feedback to DBS Bank. If PayNow is to be useful, it has to be streamlined and more information should be provided.
