Covid-19 crisis A million people can think better
The insane ministers first say - no need to wear mask. Later, they say - must wear mask.

Why they pretend to be so smart? If they don't know, they should say so.

Just be honest. Say - we don't know. We think that it is helpful to wear a
mask. But use your judgement and common sense.
You know what! After a while, people will know what is best. They can open they eyes and use their brains.

A million people can think better than a handful of insane ministers.

Let me put the matter in a different way.

When an problem and its solution is clear, the government can pass a law. For example, we need a law against murder and violent crime. People accept that they are necessary. 

However, when the problem and its solution is not clear, such as the need to wear a mask to ward off the infection, the government should give advice and guidance. 

The people will know how to respond. If they find the mask to be helpful to stop the spread, such as being in a crowded place, they will put on the mask voluntarily. 

Even if some people did not put on the mask in a crowded place, the social pressure from the other people will do the work.

However, if the mask impeded breathing, there is no need to wear the mask outdoors when there are few people around.
