Transport Operators Replacement Card
My ezlink card could not be used and the bus drivers (2 separate trips) asked me to replace it.  For 2 days I had to use cash and incur higher charges.  Also have to make a trip to ticket office involving time and cost.

Would like to request ezlink to give $5-$10" when the fault is not our own.  Hope we can be a more gracious society rather than trying to milk us more
