Ministry of Manpower Ridiculous journey through the ministry of manpower website
I have recorded this video to show my frustrating experience in retrieving a letter of approval from the ministry of manpower website called EP Online.

I have visited this website several times over the past months and spent several hours to retrieve the letter. All my attempts failed.

I wrote to the ministry of manpower on several occasions to ask them to retrieve the letter and send it to me by email. They refused. So, I am still not able to retrieve the letter after a month.

I have now taken the trouble to record my journey through their website. This video is short. As I have visited this website several times, I now know how to get around, so you are watching a short video of about 8 minutes. It did take me half an hour on the first time just to move around this complicated website.

I will be sending this video the minister in MOM and the Smart Nation project. I hope that they realize that their approach is ridiculous and waste considerable time for the public.
