Hospitals Inadequate information for appointment
I have an appointment at 9.20 AM on Monday at Khoo Teck Puat Hospital. I was asked to go to Eye Registrar 3.

I searched the hospital directory online and found that the eye clincs are located at level 4 of Tower C.

I was not sure if the Eye Registrar 3 is in Tower C. 

I called their hotline and was told that they are closed on Sunday. 

Why can't the hotline be available 24 hours a day and provide information to patients ?

Why can't the appointment record (in Health Hub) be more specific about the location of the clinic?

The online map does not even indicate where the entrance of the hospital is located.

Maybe KTP Hospital management does not realize that the hospital is a very large place and that the public will find it difficult to move around the hospital. They should get clear directions to the public on how to move about the hospital.
