Banks Register for Pay Now
Here is my feedback from the best global bank in digit innovation - DBS.

I logged into their website to apply for PayNow yesterday. I got the message - Server Unreachable. Please try again later.

I tried again 3 hours later and got the same message.

I tried this morning and got the same message.

I called their helpdesk. She asked to clear the cache on my Chrome browser, close the browser and login again.

I did that. I got the same message.

Finally, she asked me to switch to Internet Explorer. I did. It worked finally.

How does a global best bank develop a system that does not work with a popular Chrome browser? And they don't even know about it?
