Movement for change Career Future is not working well
I have advertised on several occasions in Career Future website on several occasions during the past years. I looked for local candidates. I did not get any response.

This website is operated by the Workforce Agency under the M of Manpower.

Recently, I advertised in Facebook. I received several responses. Many of them met with my requirements. 

I found it easy to communicate with the applicants using the Facebook platform. 

I asked a few questions and got answers from the applicants. This helped me in the screening. I followed up with a telephone call and talked to the applicants. 

Clearly, Facebook is more effective, compared to Career Future. 

It is important for our government agencies to adapt to the modern environment. They have to build a platform that is easy to use.
