Feedback #4 on MOM website
There is no end to the trouble that I faced in submitting my application for a Letter of Consent.

After taking several hours and going through a lot of trouble, I managed to submit the application. My travail were described in three separate posts on this issue.

This was not the end of the issue.  A few hours after I submitted the application, I received an email that the application was rejected due to incomplete document and I had to find out the reason by retrieving the answer from the website.

It was difficult to retrieve the answer. I had to go through a lot of trouble moving through the spider web of the MOM site.

I finally got the answer. I did not submit the confirmation by the employer.

I search through the 20 to 30 questions to find out the confirmation that I was supposed to have missed. I could not find it the first time. I  searched again. None.

The only document that I needed to upload was the confirmation from the worker. She did confirm and sign the document.

Amidst the confusion, I had the sense to look further down this document. Yes, it contained another portion that is required to be signed by the employer. I missed it.

The earlier document was in DO format, which I was not able to open. I sent it to the worker and she managed to open it with some tools and signed it. I did not realize that the same form had another portion, hidden from me, that I had to sign.

In the midst of entering so many details (and reading many explanation notes) required by the website, I was not aware about this separate part of the form.

If they had prepared two separate forms to be completed by two parties, I would have noticed it.
I had another problem. My form required me to add a company stamp. I do not have it at my home. It is in the office, and the office is now closed due to the circuit breaker. I had to make a separate trip to the office to get the stamp.
Why do they need a stamp? We are in 2020. We are not in 1920. One hundred years have passed. Is MOM aware about the internet age?

The ACRA record already showed me to the the director of the company. What does the company stamp (which anybody can make for $10) do to authenticate me?

I thought that I did not have to bother the minister for manpower, who must already been stressed with the coronavirus ravaging her worker dormitories, but I have to send this additional feedback.
